DNV, in a review summary, stated "Everything DiSC Workplace has been certified for the British market as a tool for developmental purposes. The conclusion was based on validity generalization. Validity was backed by the universality of the model used in constructing the test, and by studies reported in the documentation for the American version. The documentation describes a North American study containing large and diverse samples. Little variance between different samples indicates that the test is robust across different groups of English speaking people."
DNV went on to say, "Everything DiSC Workplace uses the interpersonal circumplex as framework. The interpersonal circumplex is widely applied and is backed by the academic literature as a suitable model for test development. It follows from this certification that the test is suitable for the US and North American markets. We confirm that Everything DiSC Workplace is also suitable for use in the intended areas in North America."
