Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide through our contact form or scheduling tools, including your name, business email address, company, phone number, employee range, the type of help you are seeking, and the message you submit.
If you use the Employee Turnover Cost Calculator and choose to contact us, your calculator summary may be included with your inquiry. Calculator results are otherwise generated for your use without requiring an email address.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages, and the date and time of a request.
We may also collect website interaction information, such as pages viewed, videos played, links selected, files downloaded, forms started or submitted, and appointments scheduled.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- Schedule and prepare for conversations;
- Understand the workforce decision or business need you describe;
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve this website;
- Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, or other misuse of the site.
Service providers and third-party tools
We use service providers to operate this website and respond to inquiries. These may include website hosting and security providers, Google Workspace and Google Apps Script for form delivery and business records, Google Analytics for website measurement, Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analytics, ZoomInfo WebSights for business-visitor analytics and marketing attribution, Calendly for appointment scheduling, and Synthesia for embedded video content.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Clarity may process interaction, device, and technical data through cookies and similar technologies so we can identify usability problems, improve the website, and help prevent fraud or misuse. Sensitive form content is masked from session replays. For more information about Microsoft’s data practices, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Links to external websites—such as Amazon or the SHRM Vendor Directory—are governed by the privacy practices of those websites after you leave ours.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website and embedded third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies for security, functionality, scheduling, video playback, website measurement, heatmaps, session replay, and campaign attribution. Analytics and advertising storage are denied until you select “Accept all.” If you select “Essential only,” Google and Microsoft may receive limited cookieless measurement signals, and ZoomInfo WebSights is not loaded. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time or control cookies through your browser, although disabling them may affect some site features or measurement accuracy.
How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website or deliver requested services; when required by law or a valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems; or as part of a business transaction involving the company or its assets.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record requirements. You may also ask questions about this policy through our contact form or by calling 800-434-2630.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 18. A person under 18 should not submit personal information through this website without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
