Communication
Listening, processing information, and communicating effectively.
CheckPoint 360° leadership assessment
See how a leader’s behavior is experienced by the people who work with them, then convert the feedback into clear priorities and an actionable development plan.

Why multi-rater feedback
CheckPoint 360° is a structured leadership assessment built around observed workplace behavior.
The leader completes a self-evaluation. A reference group of supervisors, peers, direct reports, and other observers rates the same behaviors. The reports show strengths, blind spots, alignment, and practical development priorities.
Assessment data supports the conversation. It does not replace performance evidence, manager judgment, coaching, or follow-through.

Gives the leader's manager a structured view of the feedback and areas to support through coaching and development.
Compares results from two survey administrations to show where ratings changed over time.
Gives management a comparison view of a leader's results across two survey administrations.
Combines results across a group of leaders to show broad competency patterns, skill gaps, and development priorities.
CheckPoint 360° questions
CheckPoint 360° is a multi-rater leadership feedback survey. It compares a leader's self-ratings with observed-behavior ratings from people who work closely with that leader, then organizes the results into practical development priorities.
The reference group can include the leader's boss or supervisor, peers, direct reports, and other people who regularly observe the leader at work, such as clients, vendors, or contractors.
It measures 70 observable leadership behaviors grouped into 18 skill sets and eight universal management competencies: Communication, Leadership, Adaptability, Relationships, Task Management, Production, Development of Others, and Personal Development.
Most participants can complete the online survey in about 20 minutes. No proctoring or supervision is required.
Feedback from direct reports, peers, and other observer groups is reported confidentially and in aggregate. The leader's self-rating and the boss or supervisor rating are identified.
No. CheckPoint 360° is designed for leadership feedback and development. It should not be treated as a hiring predictor, a clinical assessment, or a standalone employment decision.
Yes. A later survey can be compared with the first assessment, commonly after six or 12 months, to examine changes in ratings and identify priorities that still need attention.
The useful work starts with a structured debrief. The leader and manager can identify a small number of high-value priorities, build an Individual Development Plan, define actions, and schedule follow-up accountability.
